CEOs Have Trouble Attracting Digital Talent
Does your private company have the tech-savvy workforce to capitalize on digital disruptions? Maybe not.
Half of private company CEOs report a difficulty in attracting digital talent and nearly 75% are not even confident that the talent exists in their workforce.
As a result, private and public companies are taking steps to bring that talent in, but using different approaches to do so, according to PwC’s 21st CEO Survey.
Private companies are looking more to outside sources for tech expertise and adjusting “culture” policies including more flexible workdays. Public companies are creating expertise with in-house professional development programs and working with educational institutions.
