Jeffrey M. Nodland Joins Momentive’s Board of Directors

MPM Holdings Inc. (“Momentive” or the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey M. Nodland has been elected to Momentive’s Board of Directors, effective December 7, 2015, according to a Business Wire press release.

Mr. Nodland was also appointed to the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the Board. Mr. Nodland replaces Daniel C. Murphy who resigned from Momentive’s Board of Directors on August 27, 2015.

Ameriflight, LLC Announces Industry Veteran as New Board Member

Ameriflight, LLC announced today that Terry Gleason has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors, according to a Business Wire press release.

Mr. Gleason, an airline industry veteran is a former USMC aviator and graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons TOPGUN School. He served eight years active duty flying the F-4 Phantom II followed by 10 years in the Reserves, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Transdermal Delivery Solutions Corporation (TDSC) recently announced that pharmaceutical entrepreneur Edward J. Borkowski has joined its Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee, according to a Business Wire press release.

Barkowski has held the title of Chief Financial Officer for a myriad of multi-billion dollar healthcare organizations such as Mylan, Inc., Carefusion Corporation, ConvaTec, and is currently CFO at Amerigen Pharmaceuticals, an early stage, private, generic pharmaceutical company.
