Ready or not, AI is coming: “No one can fully anticipate how AI will change the workplace and our lives. That said, companies and boards still need to prepare for potential disruption. Preparedness is not management’s responsibility alone. Directors, management, IT staff and employees all need to educate themselves to anticipate significant opportunities and challenges on how AI will affect their company. As part of their fiduciary responsibility, directors need to keep updated on AI to make sure governance is leading the company and AI is not taking the driver’s seat!”
