Good corporate governance is the bedrock of sustainable success: “All directors must have the knowledge and confidence to prioritize transparency, accountability and ethical decision-making, ensuring that every strategic decision aligns with long-term value creation. By fostering a culture of innovation and trust at the board and management levels, effective directors champion robust risk management, rigorous compliance and diverse perspectives to balance stakeholder interests, while also promoting integrity and strategic alignment, driving impactful solutions and ensuring effective communication. Holding oneself accountable to the highest standards, while advocating for socially responsible practices that deliver growth, resilience and enduring impact, is key.”
