The principles of strong governance: “Good governance is the cornerstone of a strong board. Techniques for solid governance include upholding high standards of accountability so that stakeholders feel valued. It’s also important to partner with the management team to design risk mitigation and governance practices that not only meet regulatory requirements but also foster a culture of shared responsibility. These collaborative efforts drive the collective mission to build resilient, forward-thinking organizations and, importantly, maintain long-term value. By prioritizing these principles, the board and management ensure sustained success and trust across all levels of an organization.”
