Electronifie Elects Former SEC Commissioner to Board of Directors
Electronifie, operator of an anonymous all-to-all corporate bond trading marketplace, announced that Troy Paredes, a former Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Max Kamhi, a successful entrepreneur and strategic investor in early stage companies, have joined the company’s Board of Directors effective immediately, according to a Business Wire press release.
Mr. Paredes was appointed a Commissioner of the SEC by President George W. Bush and served from 2008 until 2013. At present, he is the founder of Paredes Strategies LLC, a consulting practice that advises clients on financial regulation, corporate governance, and compliance as well as public policy and governmental affairs strategy. He also serves as an expert in regulatory enforcement and private litigation disputes involving securities law and corporate law.
