ThousandEyes Appoints Godfrey R. Sullivan to its Board

ThousandEyes, a network monitoring company, announced the appointment of enterprise technology leader Godfrey R. Sullivan, to its board of directors.

He has served as chairman of the board at software firm Splunk, Inc. since 2011 and as its president and CEO from 2008 to 2015. In 2012, he successfully led the company’s initial public offering.

“Godfrey has been at the forefront of building global, disruptive and hugely valuable enterprise software companies for more than three decades,” says ThousandEyes co-founder and CEO Mohit Lad. “Godfrey’s expertise in building and scaling customer-centric organizations that tackle real industry problems with top-notch solutions will be invaluable as we continue to expand our product offerings and global presence to create value for today’s digital enterprises.”

Sullivan currently serves on the boards of CrowdStrike since 2017, since 2019 and RingCentral since 2019. He previously served on the boards of Citrix Systems, Inc. and Informatica.

“Every company depends on the Internet to deliver products and services to their customers, and yet the Internet is outside of IT’s control,” explains Sullivan.
