America's Top 100 Largest Private Companies

America's Top 100 Largest Private Companies, a private company research firm, recently released its list of the top 100 largest private companies based on 2014 revenue.

One of the key takeaways from their research was the fact that 3% of the companies accounted for 18% of the total revenues of the top 100. Additionally, 15% of companies accounted for half of the total revenue generated. For 2014, the top 50 companies reported revenues above $11.4 billion or greater.
