Joanne Isham
Isham is an independent consultant focused on national security and high tech. Previously, she was a SVP for L-1 Identity Solutions, COO of High Performance Technologies Inc., and VP/deputy general managr of network systems at BAE Systems. She served as Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from 2001 to 2006. She served as Deputy Director for science and technology at the CIA, where she managed the research, development, deployment and operation of technical intelligence programs.
