Wesley K. Clark

Clark served for 34 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a four-star general. He commanded Operation Allied Force in the Kosovo War during his term as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000. He was awarded the U.S. Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Bill Clinton. He heads his consulting firm, Wesley K. Clark and Associates.
