ADM Michael S. Rogeers

ADM Rogers retired from the U.S. Navy in 2018 as a four-star admiral after nearly 37 years of naval service. He was the second commander of the U.S. Cyber Command, director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and the chief of Central Security Service (CSS). Under President Obama and President Trump, he worked closely with the United States government, Department of Defense, and intelligence community in the development of national and international policy related to cybersecurity, intelligence, and technology.
