Austin Che

In 2008, Che and his colleagues from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, founded Gingko Bioworks, developing their platform to program cells as easily as computers across a variety of applications including food, agriculture, industrial chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Producing custom organisms for a wide range of industries, BioWorks went public in 2021.
