Charles McMillan, Ph.D.
McMillan served as the 10th director of the Los Alamos National Laboratory where he directed the science, technology, engineering and infrastructure, ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of the nation’s nuclear deterrent. He led some of the largest R&D organizations in the U.S. and served as an advisor to the Department of Defense and Department of Energy.
