Dr. Jan Hamby
Dr. Hamby co-owns Fair Winds Farm LLC and TwinSet Designs. She served as deputy chief information officer for the office of the secretary of defense, and vice director of command, control, computers and communication for the joint chief of staff prior to her retirement from the U.S. Navy. She currently serves on the board of Ligado Networks and holds advisory board roles with the Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation and George Mason University’s C41 and Cyber Center.
