John Coletta
Coletta served as president of Peet’s Coffee, Stumptown Coffee Roasters and Intelligentsia Coffee. He also played a key role in the formation of Trade Coffee, an ecommerce craft coffee company. Previously, he held leadership roles at Quiznos, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and Rock Bottom Restaurants/CraftWorks.
