Ray Judge serves as Diligent Corporations’ Regional Sales Director, where he is responsible for the development and execution of client acquisition strategies in the Washington DC are. Throughout his five years with Diligent, he has advised hundreds of companies across industries, including banking, energy, higher education and healthcare on how secure, electronic access to board materials can improve organizational effectiveness and governance.

 

Prior to joining Diligent, Ray held senior operational positions at three privately owned asset management firms.  He started out on the equity trading desk at Smith Barney and then Credit Suisse.  Ray is a lifelong resident of New York and holds a BS in Chemistry from Iona College as well as an MBA from The Stern School of Business.
