Rossi is the CEO and a director of FoodScience LLC, a vertically integrated, science-first producer of pet and human nutritional supplements, and an independent advisory board member of Jelmar LLC, an award-winning EPA Safer Choice Program manufacturer of innovative, environmentally friendly household cleaning products. 

She also serves as vice chair on the Vermont Chamber of Commerce board. She has rotated across audit, compensation and nom/gov committees, and is past chair of the audit committee.
