Lord Abbett Family of Funds Expands Board of Directors with Two New Appointments

The independent Directors/Trustees of the Lord Abbett Family of Funds have appointed Mark A. Schmid and Douglas B. Sieg to serve on the Funds’ Board, according to a Business Wire press release.

These appointments (effective April 20, 2016, for Mr. Schmid, and effective February 24, 2016 for Mr. Sieg) expand the number of Directors/Trustees, from nine to 11. 

Former Cree VP of Worldwide Sales Joins Wireless Environment’s Board of Directors

Mark McClear, a semiconductor and LED industry veteran, has joined Wireless Environment’s board of directors in 4Q 2015, according to a Business Wire press release.

McClear brings nearly 30 years of experience from LED lighting leader Cree, Inc.; global chemical company The Dow Chemical Company; industrial gas company Praxair; and electronics and semiconductors company Texas Instruments.
